Faith, Fellowship, Fitness and Fun: Stretch/Breathing Class

This class combines slow, deliberate stretching movements and breathing exercises (think upright Yoga without mats) that can help your circulation, balance and alignment. It can also help restore your energy and muscle control and reduce stress. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. This activity is low-impact and puts minimal stress of muscles and joints; however, the instructor has promised that we will get a good workout and sweat if we really work at it.
This class is open to both men and women. Invite your friends for fitness, and share faith and fellowship with them.
