Masks are optional for those participating in Sunday worship services, Children's Ministry programs, and other ministries at church.

Sundays at AABC

Welcome to Asian American Baptist Church! Community is very important to us, and we hope you can feel it the moment you walk through our doors. Your safety is also a priority, so we've introduced some new protocols.

Can I just show up?

Yes, you can just show up. We love getting to know you, and that starts with your name!  If you’re comfortable, please write your name on the provided stickers and fill out our Connect Card. We also have a way of registering through our Church Center application so that if you come more often, you can have a printed name label to speed things up. Ushers will help you with the check-in process.

What time should I arrive?

Our service starts at 9:30 a.m. and lasts about an hour and a half.

What should I wear?

We are a casual environment, so feel free to wear whatever is comfortable.

What about my kids?

Children are welcome to join the worship service.

Children's programs are available for Toddlers – 6th grade. We use the Church Center application to register all kids in our Sunday Children’s programs. This is to ensure that the parents or guardians who check in their kids are the only ones designated to check out their kids. This Church Center check-in is a weekly requirement.

If you would like more info, please contact Pastor Michael.

If you have kids in 7th – 12th grades, they attend service in its entirety. Please contact Pastor Jason for more about TUFF, our youth fellowship, or Bridge, our college ministry.

Are masks required?

Masks are recommended for those participating in Sunday worship services, Children's Ministry programs and other ministries at church.

What else are you doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

We are providing hand sanitizer stations throughout the church, and we have a touchless environment. Check-in for all attendees will be contact-free, entrance doors will be propped open, there are no paper bulletins, and no offering trays will be passed.

What if I want to attend but am still hesitant about in-person services?

Worship with us online through our Sunday morning livestream. Or you can always visit our YouTube page for video recordings or our website for audio recordings.

I received a COVID exposure notification from my child’s school. What guidelines can you give me to help me decide if I (or my child) should stay home or come on Sunday?

Please go to the CDC COVID-19: When to Quarantine page for medical guidance regarding when to quarantine or isolate.

We hope to see you on Sunday!
